If the boss keeps looking at you funny, it might not just be that he doesn’t like your shirt.

Some boss makes things unnecessarily complicated. The staff under him has no clue what's going on and is not technical enough to spot this.

1. COMPARE YOUR PAYCHECK

１.　做好一个大客户胜过几十个小客户。
２.　擒贼先擒王。作客户时要先攥住客户老板的心。同样的道理，做事时要和自己的老板私下先沟通好，保证自己所做符合他的意愿和风格。
３.　选下属要选人品好的，不然自己要操很多心。如果这个下属归自己所有的话。若在一个大的团队中，则挑能干的，反正彼此利用。
４.　凡事要有计划。接一个工作时要考虑未来两年做什么。接到工作后要定期

要去和一个重要的销售总监吃饭。要去客服部，总得知道自己将来的民生饭碗
在哪吧！这位总监负责安排客户给各位客服经理。

像我这样打算跳到他那的人，是需要先和他沟通一下，让彼此都有个准备。
可是目前经济如此不景气，跳槽机会成本太大，不跳事业成本太大。两者相克，
我也是处于打算再打算的地步。

打算问他一下问题：
1. 目前经济对他部门影响如何？（情况不妙的话，我还得当缩头乌龟哈！）

要换工作了， 总结一下个人心得：
1. 如果你的老板缺乏安全感，不肯放手让你施展才华或不肯给你长进的机会，
你要马上走人， 不管她是不是给你好的薪水或便利的工作时间。人无远绿
（别字 哈）必有近忧。我呈混过一阵，当时贪图公司离家近，老板好说话.
等到公司不景气时出去找工作.面试Google, 一问三不知，没拿到offer. 失去
赚钱的大好时机， 那时Google的股价才$120!.
